The declared mission of ROCBC Suceava is the sustainable development of the Romanian-Ukrainian border region by promoting interregional, domestic, and international cooperation, and by supporting local initiatives.<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

OBJECTIVES<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The objectives of ROCBC Suceava are as follows:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

  • Providing administrative, technical, and logistical support<\/strong> appropriate for the implementation of cross-border cooperation programmes, in accordance with the delegation of authority agreements and technical assistance contracts concluded with the Managing Authority\/Managing Authorities of the cooperation programmes within the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensuring the administrative, technical, and logistical support<\/strong> required for the implementation of Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes financed by the European Union budget;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promoting and stimulating cross-border cooperation<\/strong> (including within Euroregions) and interregional cooperation for socio-economic development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Developing competencies regarding sustainable socio-economic development<\/strong>, attracting non-reimbursable funding, and project management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reducing imbalances in the Romania-Ukraine border area<\/strong> by stimulating cooperation and sustainable economic, social, and cultural development of the region, with the aim of increasing the quality of life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n
