Panel \u201eResistance, Recovery, Resilience, Reinforcement: European Values Across Borders<\/strong>\u201d aims to provide a fresh perspective from two different borders of Romania, with two new EU accession countries: Ukraine and Moldova. The panel will focus on three topics of local, regional and European importance: resistance, recovery and resilience. We will explore how the border regions of Romania, Ukraine and Moldova are tackling these challenges in the context of military aggression and displacement of populations, and analyse how European values are shared through territorial cooperation.
