ENPI Second Call

On 14th of November 2011, started the second call for proposals of Joint Operational Program Romania – Ukraine – Republic of Moldova 2007 – 2013.

Unlike the first call for proposals, which was an open Call and the Concept Note was submitted together with Full Application Form, during this call, at first, only the Concept Note was requested. After the concept note evaluation step, those applicants whose concept notes were selected were invited to submit the Full Application Form.

Deadline for concept notes submission, for all 3 priorities, was 30th of January 2012.

According to Guideline for Applicants these concept notes were submitted for evaluation as follows:

During this call for proposals, management structures organized specific actions within the eligible area of the Programme, in order to support authorities/institutions/organizations interested in drafting/submission of application forms for accessing grants: partnership events, information events, training sessions, local consultancy, development of on-line instruments.

Partnership events

In order to assure a good framework for good quality applications and to establish partnership agreement between organization within the three participating countries, partnership events were organized in Republic of Moldova and Ukraine:

– Republic of Moldova, Chisinau: 3rd of June 2011
– Ukraine, Odessa: 7th of June 2011

Information sessions

Experts within ROCBC Suceava organized information sessions for potential applicants and provided directions on needed steps for submitting an application form.

18 events were organized during this call. These events, withheld in eligible area of the Programme (Romania: Iasi, Vaslui, Galati, Tulcea, Suceava and Botosani; Ukraine: Cernivtsi – 2 sessions, Ivano Frankivsk, Vinnytsya and Odessa – 2 sessions; Republic of Moldova: Balti, Edinet, Chisinau, Cahul, Rezina and Soroca) had approximately 1200 participants.

Training sessions, which took 2 days each, for those applicants having their full applications pre selected for funding, were organized following this calendar:
