Starting in April 2016, the Regional Office for Cross-Border Cooperation Suceava hosts the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of the Program and assists the Joint Managing Authority (MA), the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) and the Audit Authority (AA) in carrying out their specific tasks.
Regarding the support provided to the JMC, it consists of:
– ensuring the permanent secretariat related to the structure;
– organizing the meetings of the structure;
– under the coordination of the MA, prepares and ensures correspondence related to written procedures, information or other consultations;
– elaboration of the minutes specific to the meetings and obtaining the approval from the CCM members;
– under the coordination of the MA, drafts the decisions taken by the CCM.
